Players To Watch

Ryan Batte, Thomas More – Leads the MSC in scoring at 21.3ppg. The undersized Batte is a matchup nightmare for opposing teams. He is inside the Top 10 in the MSC in TEN different categories.

Kyran Jones, Georgetown – The All-American has been a walking double-double throughout his career and is leading the league in rebounding again this season as he averages 14.3ppg and 11.1rpg. He is Top 10 in ppg, rpg and blocked shots. He has one of the best motors in the NAIA.

Tavon King, Cumberland – Has turned into one of the more elite guards in the country. King is 4th in the MSC in ppg, 4th in steals, and 7th in 3’s. He is also Top 20 in assists.

Kortland Martin, Freed-Hardeman – Continues to be one of the best guards in the NAIA. Martin is 2nd in the MSC in scoring, 2nd in FT’s, 1st in FT%, 5th in 3pt% and 4th in assists.

Jahi Hinson, Cumberlands – 2nd most FG’s in the league and 4th most FT’s in the league. Jahi is 3rd in the MSC in ppg at 18.3 and is 2nd in the league in defensive rebounds.

Reid Jolly, Thomas More – One of the more underrated players in the NAIA. Jolly averages 12.1ppg, 5.6rpg and 1.3apg, but more importantly just seems to always make winning plays.

Steven Fitzgerald, Cumberlands – The other guard in the dynamic duo with Jahi Hinson. Fitzgerald is Top 5 in scoring in the MSC while being 7th in FG’s, 4th in 3 pointers, and 6th in FT’s. He is also 7th in the MSC in rpg with 6.2.

Derrin Boyd, Georgetown – Boyd is currently 11th in 3pt %, 6th in FGs, 6th in assts, 6th in points and 7th in defensive rebounds. Big time shooter and is capable of going for 30 when he is on.

Adarion Hudson, UT Southern – This UT Southern team has been really tough again this season and a lot of it is because of Adarion Hudson! He is 9th in ppg, 1st in assts, 1st in steals and is 5th in FT’s per game.
