Semifinal Game Notes:

No. 1 Point Park (Pa.) at No. 5 Rio Grande (Ohio), 5 p.m. ET  — Watch Live
Point Park 1-0

The only matchup between these two teams this year went into OT with Point Park holding on at home 77-74. If Miki Tadic is out again, this will be an interesting game. Rio has other weapons, but Miki has been their rock this season.

No. 7 WVU Tech at No. 11 Alice Lloyd (Ky.), 2 p.m. ET  — Watch Live

No regular season matchup

This WVU Tech team is tough, and Tamon Scruggs is a very good player. Alice Lloyd gets to play at home today and have won 10 of their last 12 games overall. Going to be a great matchup today!

OTHER NOTES:

– Best Quarterfinal Round Matchup: #7 WVU Tech @ #11 Alice Lloyd. – Both are BIG games today as both winners will get auto-bids to the NAIA National Tournament.

– Our Pick To Win It:  Rio Grande – Our pick to win the RSC Tournament won their opening round game over IU Southeast! They travel to Midway tonight to try and keep their National Tournament birth alive!

Rio Grande – This is a balanced Rio squad, but Tadic and Shiloh Blevins have been pretty good this season. This team has played a heck of a schedule and may be as tournament ready as any team in the RSC.

WVU Tech – This team was clicking pretty good before their 19pt loss last week to Point Park. You don’t expect that to be the norm as Scruggs and company are a tough, gritty group

IU Kokomo – Deshaun Hampton and Trequan Spivey lost to IU East in the Title game a year ago. Expect them to have a big tournament as they try and get this team back to the NAIA National Tournament.

UPSET SPECIAL:

Point Park – They survived the 1st round and now they hit the road tonight to face Asbury.

No. 5 Rio Grande at No. 4 Midway (Ky.), 7 p.m. — Watch Live I  Live Stats

Alice Lloyd was able to knock off Brescia in Round 1. They now hit the road to face Carlow. If they can pull out another win, they will of moved to just 1 win away from a trip to the NAIA National Tournament.
