NAIA Schedule, Links to Watch, Games of the Day, and Five Players To Watch: November 20th

Ajdin Toskic 6’5 W Dickenson State – 18.67ppg/5.7rpg

Ajdin has had a bit of a coming out party to start the season. Last year he only averaged about 7 points per game, while this year, under a new coaching staff, Ajdin has really shined, including a 22pt, 8reb game against Briar Cliff earlier this season. 

Nashom Carter 5’11 G Tabor – 19.75ppg/4.25rpg/4apg

The do it all guard has been a big reason for the early season turnaround for Tabor. Carter is a transfer from San Diego City Junior College, and has already made an impact for the Bluejays. 

Keith Johnson 6’3 G Clarke – 9ppg/2rpg

Because of Covid, Clarke played their first game of the season last night. Johnson is going to have to fill the shoes of All-American Darius Lasley, who was a stud for the Pride last season. Johnson is capable of going off on any night and after a bit of a slow start last night, look for him to pick things up tonight. 

We have mentioned both of these guys before as players to watch, but it is worth stating again, Brandon Durnell (Spring Arbor) and TreVion Crews (Bethel, IN) square off tonight! While the All-Americans play different positions, they are both guys who the offense will go through. Not only will this game be a fun one, but watching these two make play, after play, after play will also be something to watch!
