There may not have been a ton of upsets yesterday, but we had our fair share of fun nonetheless..
Crazy Late Game Scenarios
No. 1 Nelson advanced to the SAC Semi’s, but not before No. 8 USAO gave them everything they had and a little bit of controversy on the final shot. Which, by the way, is still unbelievable even though it didn’t count.
That wasn’t the only chaotic end to a game though. In the Cascade, Bushnell advanced to the Cascade semi’s after being fouled on a 3/4 court shot, AND making all 3 FT’s.
Other than the Mount Marty player falling to the ground while dribbling, this ending wasn’t as much chaotic as it was just a great ending to a game, especially if you are a Lancer.

Outside of the Cascade Collegiate Conference, that is essentially the storyline. 1,2,3,4’s advancing. Some leagues it was 1,2,3,5 or 1,2,6,4. BUT, for the most part it was the better seeds advancing a majority of the games yesterday.
As Mentioned, the CCC Bracket got a little whacky though as LC State, the top-seed, is the only top-seed to advance.
